Cisco 800 series cannot send or receive emails and no internet connection

Hi i have Cisco 800 series i using with sme mail server
inside my network i using mail server as ip 192.168.1.4
and outside as ip public 78.93.244.61
What i need to tell me configuration that allow to make Nat
from ip 78.93.244.61 to internal 192.168.1.4
please how to do this by steps and how to add in account list
meaning how to apply NAT AND ACL BY DETAILES
before 3 days i tell my isp to do the following
and this is what isp doing :

ip nat inside
ip nat inside source list 1 interface Dialer0 overload
ip nat inside source static tcp 192.168.1.4 25 78.93.244.61 25 extendable

#ping 192.168.1.4

Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 192.168.1.4, timeout is 2 seconds:

Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 1/1/4 ms

it working for me two days\
and after this not work
are there are any thing remaining
