cleanup mailboxes for deleted users?

Is there an automated way to delete mailboxes that don’t have corresponding NT accounts? I.E. the NT account has been deleted, but mailbox was not removed, so now there are many mailboxes in my directory that belong to people who no longer work at my company. Can I run a process that will “flush out” all mailboxes that don’t really belong to anyone?
