Clear IE cookies and browser cache via powershell..?

I want to be able to clear cookies, ssl state etc and reload IE via powershell.

So Far I can launch IE via powershell, however I want to be able to do both via powershell. I am making a multiple options tool that will sit on the desktop. and this is one option.

Any thoughts?
