In my database ( Access 2007) i must have the possibility to manage clients that falls in on of the following three categories:
1) Facturation address = Delevery address
2) Facturation address <> Delevery address
3) Facturation address <> Delevery address and have more than one delevery addres
Question:
A)How do we organize this data in datatables,do we have to make a special table for the adresses?
B)Because only a minority of the clients falls into the categories 2 and 3, I find it a waste of place in my Clients input form to preview fixed controls to enter one or more delivery addresses. How can it be done to expose a supplement form to enter this extra data, when we have to do with a client of the categorie 2 or three?
