When I try to insert a picture from Clip Art in Word, the pictures don’t open and if I click on the picture of the little notebook that appears in eachbox, I get this message: Word cannot obtain the data for the C:\Documents and

I have reloaded the program, but still get this message. Help! We are running WinXp SP2, Office 2003. ClipArt works perfect if I logon same machine as administrator. I have two staff who use clip art regularly an suddenly they get the above message when trying to pull clip art.
