Cluster – IPSHAHTO.exe and MSCS.

Please has anyone used IPSHAHTO.exe and Microsoft Windows 2000 successfully for a 2 node cluster?

If you have, please let me know because as soon as we move forward one step we run into anoher issue.

I need an expert to please assist me.
