We have a NT4.0 with SP6a cluster running SQL 7.0 Enterprise. We use ARCserveIT 6.61 Enterprise with SQL Server Backup Agent to backup the cluster and the database. The cluster is in Active/Passive mode. We have some difficulties with blue screen error during the backup, which may happen once a week (not every day) on whichever the server holds the cluster groups at that time. I reapplied the SP 6a, updated Compaq SSD to concurrent version and updated reapplied SP1 for ARCserve and applied patch LO73163 from CA. But the problem is still there. Does anyone have any suggestion for how to fix this blue screen error?
