common knowledge or neat trivia?

By Oz_Media ·
Today someone on a Vancouver radio show called in the longest word you can type on one row of the keyboard.

Rather than say what the word is (yet), I was wondering if it was common knowledge or neat trivia as it's new to me anyway.

I thought it was kinda neat trivia.

Of course

It's the first I heard of it, so I wasn't sure if every one knew already and I had just missed it before.

I know it may come as quite a shock to you (hope you're sitting down), but I've never taken a keyboarding class or anything where you'd probably pick up something like that.

(True story, not a single typing class! Who'd a thunk it?)

I learned it

from just being a computer geek kid...reading all those dorky articles in mags and G-files from BBSes.

By any chance...

...is it ten letters long, faintly homological and a common cause of what would come to be known as carpal tunnel syndrome?

Is anyone going to let the rest of us in on what it is, or are you just going to dance around it like a bunch of f****** ballerinas?!? Christ, people. Tell us what it is.
