compatibility DDR 333 & DDR 533 Mhz on Intel 845GVSR desktop Mother Boared

I have a Intel Orginal 845GVSR desktop system with DDR 512 MB RAM of 333 Mhz, I wants to add another 512 MB RAM of 533 Mhz, Is it possible ??
