Completly Free Region Free DVD Software

Hi I bought a computer with Power DVD on it but it won’t play the region DVD’s from our reqion and says it only plays one region now. I have searched for FREE region free software and despite lots saying it is it usually isn’t.

Can someone pls recommend completely free dvd region free software. I tried ClipPS or something like this and it keeps crashing.
