I have recently installed a new computer running Vista home to my in home network with a lnksys router and speedstream modem. I have 5 other computers connected 2 running XP and 3 running OSX. The Vista system has been running well for 4 weeks. After adding the 3rd MAC to the system the Vista has been losing the internet connection. I had ACER IT help me and we did an IP config/reset and a winsock config. Worked for a few days, today after disconnecting from the VPN I lost the connection. Can anyone give me the command prompts I need to do the IP and Winsock. I failed to write them down thinking I wouldn’t need them again, and ACER tech support doesn’t work weekends or nights.
