Configure an Auto-Dial in Win2K Prof

I want to make such an Auto-Dial in Windows 2000 Professional that could make my system connected to my ISP automatically whenever I boot my system without logging on.
Note: I use that connection as an ICS. and I dont like to configure Dial-On-Demand on this ICS.

How can I configure such an Auto-Dialing ???
