Configure Printer to Be Default for a Certain Application

I have a HP Laserjet P2015n Printer on the network which I would like to configure to a Brokering System known as CBS as its Default.
SO that only documents & reports from CBS can be printed but requests from other applications be denied.

Is there a way to do so ?Need help here!
