Until now, I have been running my computer with Win98SE, with a family logon for the various members of the household.
I have been easily able to set up each person to be able to access the internet via different or the same ISP, and configure Outlook Express so that when each (or some) of the users check email, that they share mail folders and address book for the same email address. (That is, so when mail is received while one person is logged on, another user will be able to read that mail when they log on later.
Now I am installing Windows XP Pro, and I would like Outlook Express to store all mail in a shared folder so that all users can access it, as with my Win98SE config. However, OE creates folders under each user’s profile,so that once one person has downloaded the mail, others cannot access it.
Can I config XP to allow all users to access the same email folders and address book?
