Configuring the Internet on PDC & BDC

How do I install internet access on a PDC and BDC via IE.I have gone through the IE wizard on both servers but no luck.Both machines are running NT40.I am running static IP’s on both.I have a dsl router that my users access to route out to the Internet so should’t it work the same for the servers?
