configuring the Send To email subj. line

The Subject line of emails with Attachments which are sent through the “Send
to” option in Microsoft Word are populated with the “Title” field of the
Microsoft Word file and not the file name of the actual Word Document. How do I fix the registryor update another setting elsewhere to have the subject line reflect the file name?
