Use a router

It all depends on how much money you want to spend but a simple solution would be to use a router which has sveral ethernet interfaces. One interface could have your subnet range, the other can have your range. That way you get your 2 networks talking to each other. Or you use a PC with 2 network cards in it as a gateway (Like a router). Each card is configured with the 2 IP address ranges.

Spare machine with 2 Ethernet cards

You can do this with Win2K on a machine with 2 ethernet cards. Assign the to 1 card and the to the other card and use Win2K routing (Routing and Remote access must be installed) to set the routes. You will also need to add an entry to each of your default gateway's tables (on each subnet) to route the specified traffic to this machine.
