Connecting my pc which acts as my movie projector.

So, I would like to remote control my pc which acts as my projector that shares screen to my projector. It is a hassle to walk to the corner just to access my laptop so that I could change which movie that i want to watch. First off, the program needs to be able to control the desktop screen
Secondly, I am too lazy to allow the connection everytime so is there a way to disable that from my pc or discreet? either works cause im just lazy
3rd, it needs to have remote control with mouse and keyboard thats about it

Which is why I bought this Logitech keyboard.

Since my laptop shows the usual Windows screen I use this to control it from the couch.

This one at home is now 5 years old. Works great.
