Console Mode for m100

By Tukun ·
Hi,
I am new to palm dev. when i was trying to debug an simple application using codewarrior, it says first to set it to console mode using "shortcut..2". What does it mean ? I got an m100 (which contains the latest palmOS), will it work for it.
Somebody told me that "i can just make find with "..2" to set it to console mode !!!
Thanks in advance

.2

Enters console mode. The device opens the serial port and listens for a high-level debugger like CodeWarrior to connect to it. Do a soft reset to exit this mode.

This link will give you more information about this matter:

"Shorcut" ..2 is way to set any palm in debug mode. "shortcut" is name for graffiti letter(look how to draw Y and draw it upsidedown)easzer way to enter in debug mode is to get "FSP Util Pro" at www.fsp.com/pilot/ great util must have. In this util in main window you will find button that will run debug mode for you. To exit debug mde reset your palm if you dont it will eat bateries.
