Contact doesn't show up in addressing?

By Vuitanh ·
In outlook when we click on To: it will give a list of user in the addressing. By default we can choose what to show up first. However, in my case I don't see an option for Contacts, but contacts are there, and owrk on other computers. Any help would appreciate.

Try this:

Right-click on Contacts.

Click on Properties.

Go to the Outlook Address Book tab.

Make sure "show this folder as an email address book" is checked.

Make sure the "Outlook Address Book" is installed. Go to tools>services and see if it is listed. If not, add the service, this should un-gray the checkbox.
