I am looking for a replacement for Act 2000. I am wary of Maximizer and Tracker having used them in the past. I want branch offices to be able to access the database via terminal server clients and it has to have the ability to generate standard faxes/form letters/envelopes from the contact information and Word 97/XP. A history/tracking functionality would be good as well.
