We have a contact list which has over 1500 contacts and distribution lists on our network. This list is being shared using MS Exchange 2003. All workstations are using MS outlook 2003.
We have situations where by an individual contact is included in all our distribution lists (over 20 distribution lists). If I want to delete or change contact details for any contact from my contact list, it means I have to go to each and every individual distribution list and either delete or re-add this contact.
My question is that is it possible in some way to just delete or change an individual contact only once and have those changes inherited by all distribution lists in which the contact is in?
