Contacts in Outlook

I used to have a version of Outlook that would display contacts by listing all of the “A” names underneath a large letter “A”, then the “B” names underneath a large letter “B”, and so on through the alphabet. I have upgraded to Office 2000, then Office XP, and now have Office 2003. I have searched endlessly as to how to display my contacts the same way they once used to be, but can’t change it from listing all the contacts in alphabetical order and putting little buttons for the letters of the alphabet along the right side of the window. Has anyone seen Outlook display contacts like this, or know how to set it that way?
