‘Contacts’ problem in Outlook

A user had just migrated to Win2k form Win 95. His Outlook *.pst, *.pab and settings were migrated to Office 2K. In win 95, he had syc’d his contacts from PAlmV to outlook. After the migration, when opening the ‘Contacts’ folder in outlook, all his contacts were there. The box in his ‘properties’ in ‘contacts folder was checked so that ‘contacts’ was visible in the ‘Adddress Book’. The problem is, when he opens the ‘Contacts’ folder form within the ‘Address Book’, he only sees an address for ‘Palm Support’; none of his contacts are visible although they are visible when opened in Outlook Folder List. Any Ideas?, please!
