Content Filtering -Proxy

I was curious as to what software everyone uses for their web filtering in a coporate environment. I will soon be rolling out a domain but for the time being i am using a open source product called CensorNet its quiet good, but i have to manually update the black and white list. any feedback would be wonderful.
Approx users: 250 (currently on a workgrp soon to be a domain)
