I am wanting to control who has access to the internet and monitor/regulate what types of sites they visit.
It is my understanding that I can accomplish this with a proxy server.
Is it possible to force all internet connections to be processedby the proxy server – regardless of how my browser is configured? I have seen a proxy server circumvented simply by removing the checkmark to use the proxy server.
