ConvergeHub – Is it really good?
ConvergeHub is a CRM that does more than the others due to its feature-rich capabilities. With features which are not present with the other CRMs in the market, that makes it very interesting. Also, they have extended the integrations to other parties which is a plus. But, no matter how good it looks to be, there are still some things which will prevent you from actually using this product efficiently like the process flows are actually not user friendly – so many fields that you need to fill up on a single screen in their attempt to make less mouse clicks and so you would be confused on how to navigate the gamut of fields. And how about the importing of files? You would even be more confused with the procedures of importing files. Not only that, there are importation limit of 2000 entries and exportation limit of 5000 entries. Well, there should be no limit so that you could do it in just one go but that is not the case here. Bottomline, if you have the patience to actually set up this CRM then you could try to use it but it would be better to use some other commonly used CRMs like Salesforce if you want to be on the safe side or HubSpot if you want a CRM that is free to use.
