Conversion Wordpro files to MS Word 2K

I have a group of users who are currently using Wordpro. And now the company has changed the word processor to MS office 2k. the problem arises has there are many files still in WOrdpro format. Is there a utility that changes the wordpro format to MS word at one go? As I have hundreds of wordpro files to convert, it would really help!
