Convert MS Outlook contacts into MS Outlook notes.

Is there a simple way to convert Outlook Contacts into MS Outlook sticky notes (not Lotus notes)? Please excuse me if this is a newbie question, I really have no idea. I need all the material in a note format to import into another program. Thanks!
