Convert PDF to Word DOC format

By gmiller ·
I need a utility to convert PDF files to a format that MS word 2000 can open, preferably DOC.
The new file format must retain all the formatting of the original file.
The original files are lecture notes on programming in C++. The spacing and layout of the example programs in the documents are very important.
I don't need to edit the DOC files, it's just that my old laser printer gives up when I send PDF files to it, but it handles DOC files ok.

Convert PDF to Word DOC format

I've downloaded this program and tried it. It will convert the PDF to text but it loses alot of formatting.
What I'm trying to convert are course notes for C++ programming language and blank spaces in the formatting are very important.
Any other suggestions?
