Hi – HELP!
I purchased a Compaq Presario 4528 at a yard sale. It is an older computer that the owner had installed Windows XP. It runs too slow with this on it and I want to install a copy of Windows 98SE instead. I have in the past purchased the following and have the disks: Windows 95, Windows 98 upgrade, Windows 98 SE upgrade.
How do I go about installing the SW. Dispite setting the Bios to boot off the CD-ROM, the system does not boot on either one of the three disk I have. If I bootoff a floppy that has one of the operating systems or DOS, the CD-ROM is not recognized. Help.
