How cookies behaviour differ between Window NT platform and Unix platform ?

Essentially they don't. Cookies are not so much related to the O/S, but to the application: specifically the browser.

or more spesific; cookies are a part of the http protocol. When a browser connects to a website, if the site has cookie-code (http header manipulation) the web server will return and/or request cookie information with the browser before the actual web page content is sent. This way, the code on the web-server/web-page can modify the content being sent according to what cooki-data was set with the browser.
So there is no OS-differences.
