Cookies are disabled

I am using Opera7.02 on WIN95.
The settings configured: Preferences->Privacy->Enable cookies: Automatically Accept all cookies and Accept from all Servers.
But when I try to visit my bank site, it gives error that cookies are disabled, pls enable it to access the site.
Pls tell me what changes i need to do to access it
