copy of calendar public folder deleted

I created a copy of a person’s calendar in the public folder. they complained it was difficult syncing with their palm so could I get others access to his original calenar.

I deleted the copied calendar and created delegations but he was updating info in the copied calendar.

Since I deleted it can I undelete it???
Is it still on the computer.

In addition I found that we do not backup the private information store where the public folder lie in exchange server 5.5 so this is a problem.
