Copy Pronto mails to OutlookExchange.

User has Pronto emails on old P.C. He’ll have new computer verysoon with Outlook2000 or OfficeXP on it, he’ll not use Pronto anymore but He wants to transfer all Pronto mails from old P.C to OutlookExchange2000 or OutlookXP on new P.C. Would you help me how to do it?? Thanks.
