copy the offline pages to memory stick or CD

By ipp ·
I had made most of my favourities avialble offline; most of which for my travel (web pages for islands and resorts), on my laptop / windows 2000, I am not intending to take the laptop with me in my travel, and failed to copy those offline to or Cd, as only the shortcuts were copied,
can you pl help me to find a way to save them on a memory stick , CD so I can review them while I am in vacation using any pc in the hotel
the only way I know is to save them to my documents, but its too hard and long as my offline became to large more than 400
thanks
Faisal

While in IE, click FILE>EXPORT and you can export your favorites to a drive of our choice.

On the other machine, with the USB key inserted just do a file IMPORT the same way.

Good luck

I had tried this solution but did not work it only copyes the offline pages as bookmaks to the designated folder, drive
so I have to connect to the internet to brows them .

The only other way I know of is to SAVE all the pages using FILE>SAVE AS and it will create a folder of the webpage images and the HTML page itself. Inorder to see an updated site you will still need the connection or else just the saved page appears.

Thank you for your help, however still this is not practical, as I have to save more than 400 web pages, which will be very exhuasiting and time consuming
