    Copying files FROM Win 10 to Win XP

    I wish to copy files associated with Borland Paradox 9 currently running on Win 10 to Paradox 9 running on Win XP mounted in Vbox in turn running on Mac OS 10,10. I get a file reading error suggesting that the Win 10 file format is incompatible.

      You write that Paradox is running so it’s correct to have file copy failures when apps have files open. Fix? Exit the apps before copying files.

      Right-click the file or item you want to share. Select Sharing and Security > Share this folder on the network.
      If you want users to be able to change the item, select Allow network users to change my files check box.
      Make sure Windows XP Simple File Sharing is enabled before attempting to share.
