Copying multiple print area's across to a new workbook in excel

I copied Jeff's instructions on how to create multiple custom print ranges - this saved a lot of work and was amazing.

I applied this to an excel template that I now want to use to create multiple different workbooks, however when I go to print one of these set custom print ranges is reverts back to the original template I set this up in.

Is there a way to enable this to work when I copy and paste the template into a new workbook and for the print formatting to work?

Also once these are created is there a way to print at once or do you need to go in and select each one separately before printing?
