Corel Calender (CorelCENTRAL 9) Help

I need some help
I just rebuilt a computer for one of my co-workers and I am suppose to switch out his computer with the new one, but he uses Corel Calendar & Memos and I need to transfer them onto his new computer. Does anyone know how i would dothis. I tried to export & import but it doesnt work cuz it exports in ASCII format & I get an error about importing it. Please help me if you can i would really appreciate it!!
