Could I see which devices are which from the IP address showed?

I create a free wireless network with my wifi router app. It works well and you can see the IP address of connected device directly. But sometimes the addresses are changed. Is there any way to see which is which even they change the device’s IP address?

for example Free NetCrunch Tools that include for example Ping Scanner – it enables you to scan a range of IP addresses periodically. This way you will know which addresses are in use. Additionally program will perform reverse DNS lookups for you.
