Count Down Clock – All Computers on the LAN

I would like to have a count down clock on my server and have it run on all the Pc’s on the LAN. The count down timer will be a reminder to a event coming up. Time will be configured on the server and users will see it on their desktop.
Is there a application that does this or there is a simple solution to this.

I’d ask developers how much to make such a thing. It sounds trivial but hey, we have no data on what server and other OSes in use.
