CPU Cooling

Does anyone know of any good, FREE or not, CPU cooling software?
If it includes BIOS and motherboard info, that be a plus (I use an ECS Elitegroup Computer [ECS] PF21 Extreme board, which I can not find any motherboard programs to even detect).
Rain is old and motherboard monitor is way out of date for cooling.
I really need software to help cooling functions.
