Please help me, My windows explorer suddenly stops without any warning or prompt. I have faced this problem for days, I just open the task manager and entering explorer.exe to new task (run…).
Before I have faced this problem, an anti-virus namely SEGURAZO suddenly installed after I attempt to download and install desktop messenger. When I have found out that this anti-virus is malware I forced delete it since it cannot uninstall. I used registry editor to delete all about SEGURAZO.
Is editing in registry affects the performance of explorer.exe?
