CRC error when booting NCD with TFTP

By blackg ·
I have several NCD machines that are using tftp to boot. At the end of the download a CRC error is displayed. In a NAI sniffer capture the tftp packet shows the following error: "Load address out of range". I am not a UNIX guru so if you need moreinfo just ask.

CRC error when booting NCD with TFTP

CRC error is due to either memory on NCD X-station is running out. (Check the file size that NCD downloads). or Also CRC on where it downloads it from can be mismatch between two machine... meaning CRC-16 or CRC-32 two versions of CRC are widely used ... it would not hurt to check router crc if its WAN.. you can specify that in router too.

Check the file size or the file that you are sending (probably wrong)
