Creating an Excel Add-in

I have created a semi-elaborate bunch of macros in Excel and would like an easy way to migrate those to other computers. My thoughts keep drifting toward the idea of making those macros into an Excel Add-in.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?Or if there is an easier way to migrate my macros witout having to deal with the hassels of Personal.xls?
