Creating pre-filled letters in Word documents through checkboxes

Hi there. I’m wondering if there’s a method (or a service provider) to create a Word document with a big list of paragraph text blocks, which populate the document when you select a checkbox associated with the paragraph text.

This would be for an advice letter, for example. I would tick a bunch of relevant checkboxes and the letter would be created.

Alternatively, I could have an enormous template containing all of the paragraphs and just delete the ones I don’t want… but that would be more time consuming.

    Thanks for any ideas!
