Job losses coupled with the recent, almost weekly news, of corporate financial scandals as well as stories of excessive executive compensation packages are creating a high level of anger and mistrust of executives. Is there a crisis of trust among workers who labor under executives? I’m working on an article for TechRepublic.com and would be interested in hearing your point of view.
What, in your mind, can executives do to maintain and restore trust in the eyes of the employees they have to lead? Is it possible to do so? Or is mistrust of leadership simply a human trait that’s been magnified by recent scandals? Is there a crisis of trust among technology workers?
