The offered “anonymous encrypted e-mail”, with security meaning that nobody but you and the addressee could read it. Deleting it can be considered an extra level of security.

As they say: “Iceland has among the strongest privacy laws that allow anonymous usage and instantly deleting your data.” It seems they did what they promised.
