Cross Browser and device testing for a WordPress home page

Hi Everyone,
I am creating a website and searching for an application where I can test on all browsers and devices for free.
I am new to WordPress development and on a tight budget.
Can anyone recommend an application I can use please?

Browser are free. Devices aren’t.

See if you can test your site on a phone and/or tablet from a friend, family member or colleague if you don’t have that yourself. Mind the difference between Android and iOS, and the difference in screen size between devices like that if your site is responsive.

I have been in touch with BrowserStack – these seem to have a good application to test all devices and browsers remotely. I have requested. show and tell demonstration.
