I’, having problems with Crystal Report 8.0 when viewing the report online (through a web browser):
1)When choosing the report parameters (or criteria, like date range of the report…etc), usually those prameters are selected through a drop-down menu (which happens in the normal view, not on the web), now when working through the web, i’ve to write those pramaters, and no drop-down menus are available to choose from.
2) Whn choosing “print” , the option to choose a range of pages to print is not available (dimmed), so i’ve to print the whole report (sometime it’s more than 50 pages!)
i’m using Crystal Report 8.0, On Windows NT4 (SP6), using the java viewer (can’t use Active X for security reasons).
I’ve tried thier support web-page, but couldn’t find any fix.
Can anybody help, or guide with this issue?
